       Our apartments are located in a renovated stone house more than 300 years old. We are in the old part of town, in a quiet and secluded area but close to the center, the harbor, waterfront, beaches as well as all other amenities.
        All but the exterior stonewalls has been renovated. The house consists of a ground level and three floors; each level holds a comfortable studio suite equipped with all the modern amenities one could desire.The house comes with an “outdoor living room” equipped with a BBQ Grill. It’s a great shady courtyard with beautiful stone tiles and Mediterranean plants providing a cool and comfortable outdoor space designed for relaxation.
        With a combination of traditional and contemporary living, this is an ideal place for guests who want a modern furnished room but don’t want to sacrifice on authenticity. It that has the spirit of ancient times and the Mediterranean lifestyle: the smell of wine from the cellar, the scent of fresh laundry drying on the rope. The sound of babbling boys playing ball in the narrow streets and locals chatting in their native Komiza dialect fills the air.
        Our prime location will have you close to anything and everything you’ll need. Walk only 50 -100 m and you’ll already be in the center of town! Right there is the waterfront, the beach, shops, bank, bakery, post office, pharmacy, restaurants and cafes. You’ll be surrounded by people and different languages from around the world. But at any time you can easily return to the peaceful shady courtyard of ours or to your apartment, behind stonewalls and shutters, where the only thing you will hear are crickets.
        And we, your hosts, preparing the house for you, our guests, do everything possible to make your stay as comfortable as it can be.
